Knowledge Jul 23, 2025 Trend Report: Allganize, a Leading Company for Enterprise AI Agent

AI agents are rapidly gaining traction in the corporate landscape. In fact, about 60% of business leaders in the United States say they plan to implement AI agents within one year, and more and more companies are considering using them in-house as a key capability to improve operational efficiency, reduce overtime, and combat labor shortages. 　

In line with this trend, Allganize, which provides AI agents specifically for enterprise use, is at the forefront of using AI to utilize internal data and knowledge.

Allganize is based on natural language processing technology and provides assistance in employee operations such as cognitive search that enables appropriate searches from complex documents, internal data analysis in a chat format, and customer support. Allganize provides an AI chatbot service (Alli) that enables automatic answers to internal inquiries. Compared to competing services provided by major companies, it adopts a transfer learning model that can produce highly accurate answer with less training data, and is being introduced by enterprises in a wide range of industries, mainly major financial institutions. 

The company has a presence in Japan, South Korea, and the United States. 

KDDI has continued to invest in Allganize through the KDDI Open Innovation Fund (KOIF) since 2017. It is this author's opinion that their foresight in their businesses operations and technology development, which had them provide such cutting-edge products even before the generative AI and LLM boom, is remarkable, and we cannot take our eyes off their future global business growth.
