We would like to introduce the winners from the startup pitches held at "The AI Conference" in San Francisco on 9/10-9/11. This is a relatively new event, inaugurated last year and held for the second time this year, and is estimated to have attracted approximately 2,000 participants from the AI industry. The spread of generative AI originally started with general-purpose LLMs such as OpenAI, but in the near future, specific vertical markets for AI are being developed and we are expected to see a growth in offerings customized for different industries.

In these pitches, it was impressive to see solutions featured that were specifically developed to be sued for lawyers and nonprofits.

JusticeText offers a solution that uses AI to convert video used as evidence in criminal cases into text and summarize it, reducing the time required for trial attorneys to review it.

According to the company, video evidence is used in 80% of criminal cases, but it can take hundreds of hours to review it, which is a lot of manual work.

The company says that the product saves about 50% of the time spent on such a task.

The solution is already being used by over 100 law firms and related companies, covering 80 languages.
