On Feb. 26th, 2024, KDDI and Verizon announced their collaboration for a cutting edge Connected Car solution for "AFEELA," a brand new electric vehicle from Sony Honda Mobility.

With this collaboration, Verizon will utilize thier 5G and 4G LTE network and KDDI will utilize its Global Communication Platform to actualize state of art mobility technology for AFEELA.
