Kintone's support for multiple languages reduced the burden of work globally and helped in a DX project to move away from paper. Further improvements made based on feedback from the field, with expansion to other departments.
Encountering Kintone, which fits not only our company's unique operations, but also the special factors of Mexican business culture and Spanish language, accelerated our company's digitalization.

Solved issues with Kintone
Various adverse effects of working with paper
Application work was paper-based, causing delays in the approval process and complicating document management.
Lack of transparency
In the paper-based approval process, it was difficult to grasp the status of purchase requests, quotations, orders, acceptance inspections, and payment requests.
Difficulty in finding old applications
Referring to past applications was done manually, requiring a huge amount of time and effort.

Achieved smoother approval processes by going paperless.
Visualization of the approval process allowed status sharing and reduced work waste.
Quick decision making was made possible by visualizing response history.

Changing Employee Awareness
We found Kintone while looking through a variety of services as there was no package software that fit our operations.
Additionally, with Kintone, we can do everything from installation to operation using in-house resources.
While cooperating with the business department and IT department, we designed the apps we needed through trial and error, in parallel with changing the staff's awareness and preparing the master data.
Kintone's ability to display and input Spanish, which is the official language of Mexico, where our company is located, was also a factor in choosing it.
Reasons for adoption and background, Future Developments
While operating the app, we improved it based on the voices of those onsite, keeping their needs first in mind.
We are planning further improvements, such as linking with accounting journal entries and reducing operation man-hours. We are promoting digitization with Kintone in operations other than purchasing as well, as we aim to further expand to other departments.
In addition, the introduction of Kintone has brought about collaboration between the business and IT departments, and the change in staff awareness has revitalized internal communication, which had become weak due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has helped create a better workplace atmosphere.
